Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Dublin is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join its Office Agency team. This hands-on, client-focused role supports senior leadership on development and leasing mandates, and leads smaller client instructions with growing independence.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality professional advice, manage client relationships, contribute to fee growth and profitability, and support junior talent development in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in a large practice or corporate environment advantageous.
• Knowledge of the Irish commercial real estate market and relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent professional advice to office leasing clients.
• Support Directors and Associate Directors on major development projects, pitches and transactions.
• Act as primary client contact on managed projects, providing updates and solutions.
• Run smaller assignments with increasing responsibility and autonomy.
• Prepare and contribute to client presentations, bids and pitches.
• Identify technical issues in transactions and recommend solutions.
• Proactively generate new business and revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain internal and external client relationships.
• Contribute to team fee, billing and profit targets.
• Deliver personal billing performance aligned to role expectations.
• Manage billing, budgets and cost control on assigned instructions.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and support wider firm services.
• Use firm systems to support pricing, billing, cash flow and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with firm procedures, professional standards, health & safety and risk policies.
• Maintain knowledge of legislation and market developments.
