Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Dublin is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join the Land & Development Advisory team. You will work on land transactions, development advisory, and market analysis across Ireland for developers, investors, and institutions.

The role emphasizes financial modelling, appraisal, and client advisory, with opportunities to shape strategy on residential and mixed-use assets within a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Real Estate Development, Real Estate Finance, Living Capital Markets, or related field.
• Experience supporting or managing land and development transactions.
• Strong financial modelling, appraisal, and analytical skills.
• Experience preparing client-facing reports, presentations, and advisory materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support sale, acquisition, and negotiation of land transactions across multiple sectors.
• Manage agency instructions and provide expert transaction advice to clients.
• Identify and evaluate development opportunities across Ireland.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, landowners, and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic consultancy services, develop land acquisition underwrites and development strategies.
• Deliver development advisory reports supported by market evidence and analysis.
• Undertake residual development appraisals and viability studies.
• Develop financial models, including cashflow forecasts and viability studies.
• Analyse market data and performance metrics for investment decisions.
• Prepare strategic asset underwriting reports for acquisitions and development opportunities.
• Monitor planning policy, housing policy, and development economics.
