Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Dublin is seeking an MRICS senior surveyor to join our Valuation & Advisory team. You will specialise in offices, retail, industrial and other property sectors, delivering timely, accurate commercial valuations for a prestigious client base.

You will manage client relationships, provide insightful analysis and growth-focused advice, while using Argus tools and rigorous processes to ensure compliance with AML, BER and data protection regulations.

Qualifications

• APC accredited/Chartered Surveyor or equivalent with active status.
• Two years' relevant experience in commercial valuations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of property economics and relevant legislation.
• Knowledge of the Irish property market and client advisory experience.
• Numerical reasoning ability and robust report writing skills.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with CRM and data management.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and executes commercial property valuations for a varied client base.
• Develops and maintains relationships with institutions, lenders and clients.
• Provides analysis and advice on projects and properties to clients.
• Conducts conflict checks and drafts fee proposals/TOE for final approval.
• Delivers reports and updates in line with client expectations and TOE.
• Collaborates with senior colleagues to meet department objectives.
• Utilises Argus tools and reporting platforms for accurate valuations.
