Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Senior Surveyor for an agency environment in Ireland. You will deliver expert, client-focused advice on office leasing and development projects, and act as the primary contact for managed assignments.

The role offers opportunities to coach junior surveyors, develop new business, and contribute to fee growth, with a supportive team culture and a track record of high-profile client engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-qualification experience in commercial property surveying.
• Experience in client-facing projects, business development, billing and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish commercial real estate market and relevant legislation.
• MSCSI or MRICS qualification; full, valid driver's license and PSRA license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert, client-focused advice and manage office leasing assignments and development projects.
• Act as primary contact for managed projects and update clients on progress.
• Take ownership of smaller assignments with increasing autonomy and fee growth.
• Prepare presentations, bids and pitches for clients.
• Identify and address technical challenges in transactions while generating new business opportunities.
• Build relationships internally and externally and coach junior surveyors.
