Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Cork, Ireland, is seeking an experienced Supply Planner for an onsite role in Carrigtwohill. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Accountancy or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or related supply chain functions.
• Solid understanding of supply planning principles, inventory management, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, OMP).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and planning/reporting tools.
• APICS/CSCP certification or ongoing pursuit is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, or pharmaceuticals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mid- to short-term supply plans based on demand forecasts, inventory targets, and capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and demand planning teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of supply plans.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics such as inventory turns, service level, and supply plan adherence.
• Identify and escalate supply risks or constraints, propose mitigation actions, and support cross-functional decision-making.
• Ensure supply plans are reflected in ERP and planning systems; maintain planning parameters (lead times, MOQ, safety stock).
• Support the S&OP process with data inputs, plan assumptions, and scenario modeling.
• Take financial accountability for inventory related to assigned portfolio (target setting, aging analysis, write-off risk, reporting).
• Work with finance and supply planning leadership to balance inventory levels and working capital.
