Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Senior Substation Manager to lead the delivery of HV substation projects across Ireland. The role oversees installation and pre-commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

This is a permanent role based in Dublin. You will manage engineering and site teams, coordinate planning and resourcing, and maintain strong client relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in HV substation construction, installation, or commissioning.
• Proven leadership experience managing large technical teams.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered status and HV certifications are advantageous.
