Job summary

NetApp is seeking a motivated Senior Professional Services Engineer to join a global 24x7 Storage Operations team supporting Platform and Managed Services customers. This role provides Level 3 support, including incident response, service requests, problem management, infrastructure improvements, and ONTAP upgrades.

The candidate will work across NetApp storage deployments, cloud/hybrid solutions, and ensure high reliability while collaborating with global delivery teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and administering NetApp storage (CDOT and 7-Mode).
• Strong understanding of storage protocols and technologies (CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel).
• Proficient in NetApp concepts: snapshots, controller failover, provisioning, deduplication, cloning.
• Knowledge of NetApp cloud/hybrid solutions and related tools.

• Provide Level 3 storage operations support and incident response.
• Lead problem management, service requests, and monitoring enhancements.
• Support ONTAP upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
