This entry-level opportunity is ideal for engineers who enjoy working close to the operating system and solving complex technical challenges in C/C++, Linux/Unix environments, and system-level software. You will contribute to enhancements of existing products as well as the development of new capabilities across the entire product lifecycle, including product definition, design, implementation, debugging, testing, performance optimisation, and early customer support.

The role provides hands-on exposure to storage systems, operating system concepts, multi-threaded software, debugging, and performance-focused development. If you are systems-focused, team-oriented, passionate about technology, and eager to build software beyond the application layer, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact.

Essential Functions

• Work as a member of the team on projects involving development of new features, sustenance, handling engineering escalations
• Participate in all phases of product development cycle: from product definition and design, through implementation, debugging, testing and early customer support
• Work collaboratively with other peer team members and other teams on the product like QA, Systemic Test Engineering support and other dependent engineering teams to understand customer use cases, deliver solutions and bring in the value from those teams into work done within the team.
