Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering Depth: deep experience designing and building complex distributed systems at scale using a strongly typed compiled language (Go preferred).
• Production Experience: operating and debugging critical systems in production with on‑call and incident response experience.

Responsibilities

• Banking Platform Engineering: build and evolve capabilities for modern banking products across accounts, transactions, journals, balances and compliance.
• Production Ownership: design, implement, test, deploy, operate and continuously improve services; participate in on‑call and incident response.
• Architecture and Delivery: design for correctness, auditability, scalability and resilience; improve testing, CI/CD, safe deployment and recovery; mentor the team.
