Bon Secours Health System Ireland is seeking a Staff Nurse to join our nursing team in Dublin. The role involves collaborating with the nursing staff to deliver patient-centered care, planning and documenting care plans, and supporting endoscopy procedures as required.

Applicants must be a Registered General Nurse with NMBI, have at least five years of relevant experience in the Irish healthcare system, and hold current BLS (and ALS where applicable).

Qualificações

• Registered General Nurse with current NMBI registration.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a multi-professional healthcare environment.
• IT skills desirable and knowledge of documentation systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care and documentation.
• Maintain confidential patient records and accurate handovers using ISBAR.
• Mentor students, junior staff and contribute to best practice.
• Deputise for CNMs and manage staff workload as needed.
• Support endoscopy procedures and monitor sedation as required.
• Keep stock levels and contribute to accreditation initiatives.
