Job summary

Acuity Inc. Cork is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join Reflect's cloud platform within the DCOE.

You will shape reliability, observability, and runbooks, working closely with software engineers, DevOps, and product teams to scale a globally used SaaS service. We value hands-on leadership, deep Azure expertise (AKS, Monitor, Key Vault, ACR), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and a passion for automation, incident response, and building trusted production systems across

Qualifications

5+ years in software engineering or SRE.
Strong Azure and container orchestration experience.
Experience operating production SaaS at scale.
BS in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

Own availability, reliability, and performance of Reflect's production environments.
Define, track, and report on service health metrics (uptime, reliability).
Lead RCA, analyze logs, implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with global teams for incident response and recovery.
Automate workflows to reduce toil and improve consistency.
Build and maintain runbooks and SOPs.
Design and evolve monitoring, alerting, and observability standards.
Ensure monitoring supports SLOs and informed decision making.
