Join us. Your impact: As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, performance, and operational excellence of OpenText's Application Quality Management (ALM/AQM) and Enterprise Performance Engineering (LRE) SaaS solutions.
Working within a global team, you will support production customer environments, troubleshoot complex technical issues, drive service improvements, and help deliver a world-class SaaS experience.
This is a highly collaborative role that combines elements of Site Reliability Engineering, Operations, DevOps, and Product Support.
You will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Database Administrators, Network Engineers, Customer Support teams, and customers to resolve incidents, improve reliability, and drive operational best practices.
Your contributions will directly support customers across EMEA and globally through a follow-the-sun support model.
