Job summary

Sunbeam House Services in Bray, Co. Wicklow, is seeking a Senior Speech & Language Therapist to join a growing multidisciplinary clinical team.

You will lead complex caseload management, oversee communication supports, and drive service development across the organisation. Key requirements include CORU registration or eligibility, a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience with adults with intellectual disabilities, and expertise in dysphagia/FEDS.

About the Role

Based in Bray, Co. Wicklow, with services across Wicklow and South Dublin, you will manage a complex caseload across both:

• Total Communication
• AAC and Assistive Communication
• Easy Read and accessible information
• Communication partner training
• Dysphagia assessment and management
• IDDSI implementation
• Staff training and clinical governance support

• Is CORU registered (or eligible for registration)
• Has a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
• Has experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities
• Has expertise in dysphagia/FEDS management
