Job summary

Sunbeam House Services in Bray, Co. Wicklow, invites a passionate Senior Speech & Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team and help people communicate in ways that matter to them.

You will manage a complex caseload across Total Communication, AAC and dysphagia, ensuring person-centred, rights-based care. Based in Bray with travel across Wicklow and South Dublin, you will lead service development, contribute to clinical governance and mentor developing therapists to

Qualifications

• CORU registered or eligible for registration.
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and complex needs.
• Expertise in dysphagia/FEDS management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence service development across a large disability organisation.
• Work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• Drive innovative communication initiatives, including Total Communication and AAC.
• Mentor and support developing therapists and students.
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and best practice initiatives.
