Job summary

Logically seeks a seasoned Professional Services Engineer III to plan, scope, and execute complex projects. You will liaise between sales, project management, and service delivery, understanding customer needs, devising scalable solutions, and guiding implementations across Logically’s portfolio.

You will also feed field insights back to engineering, participate in pre-sales demos, and help define statements of work and requirements for ongoing engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years IT administration and/or technical support experience.
• Strong communication and business acumen.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, Exchange, Office 365, Citrix, Azure, VMware, Fortinet, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for the Professional and Service Delivery Teams.
• Provide best in class customer service to Logically’s customer base.
• Lead scoping and statements of work with clients.
• Perform deployment, configuration, testing and troubleshooting of Logically solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical training sessions and demos.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project, and Service Delivery to ensure project success.
