Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a Contact Center Platform Engineering team. You will design, develop and deliver scalable Workforce Management applications using Java, Spring Boot and React, collaborating with product owners, architects and cross-functional teams to shape technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience (full-stack preferred).
• Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise.
• Experience designing REST APIs.
• Experience designing and building distributed systems.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and engineering fundamentals.
• Experience in Agile or SAFe environments.
• Experience mentoring and conducting code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver scalable Workforce Management applications.
