The Contact Center Platform Engineering team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Galway to design, develop and deliver an enterprise-scale Workforce Management application powering contact center operations across channels.

You will mentor developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure solutions using Java/Spring Boot and React.

Formación

• 5+ years of software development experience in full stack roles.
• Strong backend with Java/Spring Boot and frontend with React.
• Experience designing REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with secure engineering practices and CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale Workforce Management software.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
