CPL is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Galway to join the Contact Center Platform Engineering team. You will design, develop, and deliver an enterprise-scale Workforce Management application powering contact center operations across voice, chat, and digital channels.

Work with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to shape architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and advance CI/CD, security, and performance best practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on full stack engineering.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Proficiency in React (or modern JS frameworks) for frontend development.
• Experience with REST API design and development.
• Experience designing and building distributed systems.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture patterns.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals: design patterns, automated testing, observability, and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of secure engineering practices (authentication, authorization, encryption, secrets management).
• Proficiency with RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools in real workflows.
• Ability to contribute to design discussions and mentor junior developers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and collaboration across teams.
