You will contribute across the full software development life cycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance, collaborating with product owners, architects, and AI agents to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Solid programming skills with 3-5 years of related experience in C, C++, Java or Python.
• Experience in filesystem/ distributed systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into precise, unambiguous technical specs.
• Excellent analytical, debugging & problem solving skills.
• Advanced prompting and context engineering to guide AI tools toward outputs.
• Experience in software architecture: system design, API design, microservices, distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Work on all aspects of software development life cycle: planning, requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Author and manage detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, AI agents and other engineers to define and implement technical solutions.
• Coach and mentor more junior team members.
