Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise Java development experience.
• Strong Spring Framework expertise, especially Spring Boot.
• Experience building RESTful services and distributed apps.
• Strong Oracle DB skills including PL/SQL.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Understanding of design patterns and best practices.
• Experience with Agile delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Able to work across globally distributed teams.

Essential Skills

• Experience working with microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively within globally distributed teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience within Financial Services, Investment Management, Capital Markets, or FinTech.
• Exposure to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• AWS cloud experience.

• Previous experience leading projects or mentoring engineers.
