Job summary

SYSTRA UK & Ireland is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join their growing Systems Engineering and Assurance discipline in Cork, Ireland. You will provide technical support across various railway projects, ensuring the highest standards of software assurance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and possess a strong understanding of software design, verification, and validation principles. The role also emphasizes on strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience with software lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of EN 50128 and/or EN 50657.

Responsibilities

• Provide software technical support and independent services for Railway projects.
• Support technical activities from planning phase to validation and maintenance.
• Conduct independent reviews or software assurance activities.
