Alpine Recruitment Group is seeking a Site Manager for a €50M high-end residential project in Dublin. You will manage the day-to-day operations, direct labour workforce, and ensure that all workmanship meets required standards.

Ideal candidates will hold relevant construction qualifications and have main contracting and residential project experience. The role offers an all-inclusive salary up to €110K plus additional benefits such as a car allowance, VHI, and pension.

Qualifications

• Main contracting experience preferred.
• Previous residential/development construction projects experience essential.
• Knowledge of building regulation and certification standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operations.
• Manage direct labour workforce & various sub-contractors.
• Ensure workmanship is carried out to the required standards.
• Report to the Contracts Manager.
