Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan are recruiting a Senior Site Engineer for a new-build housing project in South Dublin. The role offers a DOE salary of €75k–€90k and an opportunity to lead setting out, reporting progress to site management, and coordinating with subcontractors to deliver high-quality work safely.

You will check drawings, supervise setting out and surveying, and regularly use AutoCAD to verify site dimensions and adherence to the programme.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6+ years' experience in setting out on construction sites.
• Experience working on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects in Ireland or the UK.
• Experienced in the use of instruments (total station, GPS).
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
