Job summary

Our Client is seeking a Senior Engineer in Kilternan to lead on-site technical activities on a €50M mixed residential design & build project, delivering apartments and housing on time and within budget.

With 5+ years in setting out, quality control and subcontractor coordination, you will liaise with the design team and prepare method statements, risk assessments, and progress reports. This role does not entail setting out.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant site engineering experience.
• Experience leading on-site technical activities.
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and design team.
• Ability to prepare and review method statements, risk assessments and progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site technical activities for a €50M mixed residential D&B project in Kilternan.
• Coordinate with design team and subcontractors to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments and progress reports.
• Supervise a team of setting-out engineers and liaise with PM to maintain project standards.
