BSS Building Staff Solutions Limited is recruiting two Senior Engineers to lead sections of major transport infrastructure works across Dublin. You will manage crews and subcontractors, plan resources, and coordinate with site teams on safety, quality and progress.

Ideal candidates have around eight years of civil engineering experience, a degree in civil engineering, Irish or British civils experience, and a clean driving licence.

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Around 8 years experience on civil engineering projects.
• Experience managing project sections, including crews and subcontractors.
• Irish or British civils experience.
• Strong planning and programming skills.
• A stable work history, with real time spent on each project.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Run your own sections of the works, managing crews and subcontractors directly
• Plan, programme and resource works with labour, plant and materials
• Direct and support site engineers on each section
• Raise and manage RFIs and technical queries
• Oversee quality and site records on each section
• Report progress and programme to the Site Agent
• Enforce health and safety and environmental standards on site

Our client is an Irish heavy civils contractor with over 40 years delivering road, rail and bridge infrastructure. They are recruiting two Senior Engineers for a multi-year programme of major transport infrastructure works across Dublin, each leading their own section of the works and managing crews and subcontractors directly. The roles suit engineers with around eight years experience who are looking for a route through to Site Agent. A strong benefits package comes with both roles.
