BSS Building Staff Solutions Limited is seeking an Engineer/Site Agent to take charge of a national road upgrade in Louth, overseeing crews and subcontractors on site. This hands-on role suits an engineer ready to run their own project or an experienced Site Agent who prefers to stay hands-on.

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Civil engineering experience at Engineer or Site Agent level.
• Experience planning and programming works.
• Hands-on approach, comfortable running crews on the ground.
• Irish or British civils experience.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Take charge of the works on site, leading crews and subcontractors directly.
• Plan and programme the job and keep it on track.
• Order and schedule materials and plant.
• Raise and manage RFIs and technical queries with the designer.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client on site.
• Oversee quality and site records.
• Set and enforce health and safety and environmental standards.
• Report progress, cost and programme to senior management.

They are recruiting an Engineer / Site Agent to take charge of a national road upgrade in Louth, running the job on the ground and leading the crews and subcontractors directly. The role suits an engineer ready to step up and run their own project, or an experienced Site Agent who prefers to stay hands‑on. They have further work in the pipeline and offer a strong benefits package.
