Job summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar EHS role within construction is required or highly desirable.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• A few years of EH&S or related position experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a positive EHS culture across multiple European sites.
• Assist site managers to ensure safe completion of tasks and activities.
• Devise and implement safety plans in line with client requirements.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure Safe System of Works are implemented.
• Monitor site operations for compliance and publish safety reports.
• Coordinate ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 management systems across sites.
• Audit processes, review documentation, and report findings.
• Advise on EHS issues and lead on-site EHS activities with teams.
