Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking a Project Manager for Dundalk, Ireland, reporting to the Head of LVS Projects EMEA. You will deliver projects to specification, on time, and within budget while ensuring quality and safety standards.

In this role, you will manage multiple projects, implement changes, and maintain stakeholder communications. A background in electrical principles and power distribution is valued; hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and conscientious with a high standard of attention to detail.
• Able to work accurately to deadlines in a busy and pressurised environment.
• Proficient in English is a must to lead advanced technical discussions with international teams.
• Demonstrate Flex Ways of Working.
• Be technically competent with various software programs, including Microsoft Office and SmartSheet.
• Demonstrated experience in switchgear/Busbar/Modular solutions is desirable.
• Project Management certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Projects to specification, on time, on schedule, in line with quality and safety standards and budget.
• Manage multiple projects with full ownership and responsibility.
• Implement and manage project changes within timescales and cost restrictions.
• Maintain regular reporting against plans and intervene to ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with client, colleagues and third parties.
• Prepare final accounts with Accounts department and return monthly invoices.
