Job summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new company, Axiom, with a planned spin in 2027. The role of Supply Chain Administrator in Dundalk, Ireland supports data accuracy, supplier administration, and reporting across the Supply Chain function.

The position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and involves master data management, compliance tasks, and collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities.
• Experience with SAP or ERP/MRP systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master data and supplier records in SAP in line with procedures and SOX.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and document management; support reviews and QBRs.
• Generate and distribute Supply Chain, planning, and CTB reports with KPIs.
• Analyze operational data for management reviews and decision-making.
• Manage administrative activities and document control within the Supply Chain team.
• Support process standardisation and onboarding documentation in ongoing improvements.
