Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is recruiting an Engineering Manager for a leading manufacturing site in Kildare. You will lead site-wide engineering, maintenance, and asset management, setting strategies to maximise equipment reliability and plant performance.

You will oversee maintenance programmes, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with production teams on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Kildare (commutable from Naas, Newbridge, Maynooth, Celbridge, Monasterevin, Portlaoise, Carlow, Kilkenny, Tullamore & surrounding areas)

You will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering strategies, managing maintenance operations, overseeing capital investment projects, ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the site.

The Role

The Person

• Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Senior Engineer, or Engineering Lead
• Background within Food Manufacturing, Food Processing, FMCG, or a similar manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of maintenance management, asset reliability, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Degree, HND, or equivalent Engineering qualification
• Looking to join a well-established and growing manufacturer
• Passionate about driving engineering standards, reliability, and operational excellence
