Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in Ireland seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own the strategy, roadmap and delivery on the Enterprise Services platform with a strong ServiceNow focus. You will partner with HR, Finance, Facilities, and Operations to architect scalable, user‑centered solutions across the enterprise.

You will lead end‑to‑end design, drive integrations with Workday, SAP, Okta, and more, and mentor teams through Agile SDLC processes while upholding security and governance

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of experience in business systems analysis or similar roles in SaaS/PaaS environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its ecosystem.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale, multi-functional solutions.
• Deep understanding of integrations, data flows, and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the ServiceNow roadmap, strategy, and priorities with business and IT partners.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, user-centered solutions across HR, IT, Facilities, and Operations.
• Lead end-to-end solution design across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, WSD, App Engine, Now Assist).
• Drive multi-functional initiatives with engineering, architecture, and program teams.
• Manage dependencies and define enterprise integration strategies (Workday, SAP, Okta, M365, Slack).
• Guide backlog prioritization and own delivery of key initiatives while ensuring security and governance standards.
