Job summary
Version 1 is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to support development, configuration and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions in a complex enterprise environment. The role focuses on ITAM, ITSM, ITOM with HRSD, Flow Designer and App Engine as beneficial areas.
The successful candidate will design and implement automation, integrations and data management across ServiceNow, leveraging Flow Designer, Studio and best practices in Agile/DevOps environments.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Experience with ITAM, ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Experience configuring forms, workflows, client/server scripts and business rules.
- Hands-on with Flow Designer and ServiceNow Studio for automation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow features, apps and workflows to automate business processes.
- Write, test and maintain scripts and configuration components to meet requirements.
- Design and support ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Support data imports/exports and CMDB maintenance.
- Troubleshoot incidents and contribute to testing and upgrades.
