Methodius Ltd is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager to own delivery across a portfolio of engagements. You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, manage complex stakeholder environments and ensure delivery aligns with contractual and commercial objectives.

The role involves governance, forecasting, and continuous improvement across the ServiceNow delivery function, including an emphasis on innovation and AI-enabled processes.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in professional services, technology consulting, or delivery management for ServiceNow programmes.
• Strong experience leading large, complex ServiceNow engagements and delivery teams.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform areas (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) and integrations.
• Experience with solution design, governance, budgeting and delivery controls.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across customers, partners and senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end oversight of a portfolio of ServiceNow engagements, ensuring delivery against SOWs, timelines and budgets.
• Lead governance forums, RAID/RIDAC processes and escalation routes.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, manage delivery concerns and changes in priorities.
• Coordinate resource planning and scheduling across engagements with delivery leads and practice leadership.
• Monitor utilisation, delivery performance and financial burn; report to senior leadership.
• Ensure accurate recording of time, bookings and milestones for commercial management and invoicing.
• Identify risks and changes early; implement mitigation or change control.
