Cpl Technology in Dublin is seeking a Senior Service Designer to join a growing centralized product design function. You’ll own end-to-end service design across products, platforms and touchpoints, driving integration where experiences cross boundaries and using a growth lens to improve acquisition, adoption and revenue.

My client a global leading in building software for design and infrastructure purposes is hiring.

We're building a new Centralized Product Design function - a small, senior team that goes where design is needed most, holds the end-to-end view nobody else holds, and proves what great design partnership looks like.. This is one of its founding roles.

The role

As Senior Service Designer, you'll own the connective layer across the client products, platforms and touchpoints. Where teams design in silos, you bring the end-to-end perspective. Where the experience breaks across a boundary nobody owns, you own it. You'll apply a growth lens to your work - identifying where connected experiences drive how people discover, buy, adopt and stay with the client.

This isn't an embedded role. You'll move across initiatives - some short, some long - working with teams who are ready to partner, and leaving behind experiences and thinking that outlast the engagement.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end service design across products, platforms and touchpoints - from systemic problem framing through to service blueprints, journey architecture and implementation guidance
• Get in the room before decisions are made - shaping briefs, reframing problems and influencing direction at senior stakeholder level
• Apply a growth design lens to your work - identifying where service design improvements directly drive acquisition, adoption and revenue.
• Use AI as a core part of how you work - accelerating research synthesis, pattern recognition, journey mapping and opportunity identification, while bringing the human judgement that makes the output matter
• Run workshops, design sprints and co-design sessions that move senior stakeholders to alignment and action, not just shared understanding
• Build the evidence base - every engagement produces a case study that shifts how design partnership is perceived across the organization
• Contribute to the broader team's capability, raising the standard of connected thinking across product and digital design

What you bring to the team

• 8+ years in service design with a portfolio that demonstrates strategic influence, not just execution - you've shaped the direction of complex initiatives, not just mapped them
• Proven ability to operate at senior stakeholder level - you're comfortable challenging a VP's framing and making it land well
• Deep systems thinking - you see how products, processes, people and technology connect, and you design for the whole, not the parts
• A growth design mindset - you understand how experience quality connects to business outcomes and you can make that argument compellingly
• Active, confident use of AI tools in your design practice - not experimentation, but integration
• Fluency in Figma and Miro, and the facilitation skills to match
• Low ego, high standards - you're energized by moving across contexts, influencing without authority, and leaving things better than you found them
