Job summary

You will monitor service health, analyze security telemetry, and troubleshoot operational issues while improving observability and reliability. The role requires scripting expertise (Python, Bash, JavaScript) and experience with Linux systems and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years in security, systems, cloud, or infra operations.
• Master's degree plus 3 years in security, systems, cloud, or infra operations.
• Experience with vulnerability management, security monitoring or incident response.
• Proficiency with scripting/automation (Python, Bash, JS).
• Experience with Linux and cloud environment operation.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain AI-enabled security platforms and cloud services.
• Monitor service health, security telemetry, and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop scripts and automation to apply AI-assisted capabilities.
