Job summary

IT Search represents a global Financial Services client seeking a Senior Security Engineer (Automation) in Dublin. You will join the Security Team responsible for cybersecurity across Engineering and Network Architecture, with a hybrid Dublin 2 work arrangement.

You will focus on automating security processes, maintaining service availability for internal customers, reviewing changes, and driving internal improvements and policy automation, leveraging IaC wherever possible.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial cybersecurity experience with automation track record.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python or Shell.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible; IaC knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and onsite readiness in Dublin 2.

Responsibilities

• Join the Security Team responsible for cybersecurity across Engineering and Network Architecture.
• Based in Dublin 2 with a hybrid onsite/work from home model.
• Maintain focus on availability of services for internal customers, reviewing changes and automating processes.
• Manage pipelines of internal ongoing improvements and policies.
