Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Security Assurance, to join our GRC engineering team and help build automated security observability and control systems for a cloud-native SaaS platform. You will implement and improve security programs across ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST, PCI-DSS, and related frameworks.

You will collaborate with security engineers, full-stack developers, and customer-facing teams to embed guardrails in pipelines and SDLC, while supporting auditors and customers.

Formación

• Proficient in Go/TypeScript/Python with production experience.
• Strong understanding of containerized/cloud-native apps and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with ISO27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST, PCI-DSS and related standards.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain automated security assurance programs for compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST, PCI-DSS).
• Develop security observability, compliance, and control management systems.
• Integrate security controls into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and respond to security incidents.
