Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of site management experience in construction.
- Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction activities within your section.
- Supervise subcontractors, trades and site teams.
- Ensure works align with the construction programme and quality standards.
- Coordinate sequencing of works and finishing trades to maximise quality.
- Monitor labour, materials and site logistics.
- Enforce HSEQ procedures and company safety standards.
- Attend site and progress meetings and report to the Project Manager.
