Job summary

You will drive HSE standards, supervise the workforce, manage programme delivery, QA/QC, and liaison with clients, subs and the design team. A strong background in construction management, site safety and BIM knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Logistical management and upkeep of site facilities and welfare areas.
• Ensure compliance with HSE plans, inductions, method statements and risk assessments.
• Manage on-site workforce to maintain safe working methods and minimize environmental impact.
• Maintain high standards of HSE compliance and report incidents promptly.
• Implement and monitor safe systems of work and conducts risk assessments.
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring QA/QC standards are met.
• Liaise with project team, clients and subcontractors on site safety and progress.
