Job summary

Walls Construction in Ireland is seeking a Section Manager to lead construction activities, uphold health and safety standards, drive quality control, manage site logistics, and supervise subcontractors, forepersons and site personnel to meet production targets.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager to align with the programme, coordinate finishing trades for quality, monitor resources and overheads, and contribute to a safe, efficient site with a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ site management experience in commercial, industrial, residential and refurbishment building.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety, quality control, site logistics and supervision of subcontractors, forepersons and site personnel.
• Work with Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme and maximise quality while minimising rework.
