You will work with a globally distributed team, implement algorithms, improve relevance, and collaborate asynchronously. Proficiency in Java and experience with search systems, vector engines, and data stores are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with search or vector databases and algorithms like HNSW or IVF.
• Strong Java core skills and knowledge of data structures and concurrency.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to deliver industry-leading search with speed and relevance.
• Build new search features and fix bugs, sometimes inventing new algorithms or data structures.
• Collaborate with a globally distributed team focused on vector search capabilities.
