Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams to collaborate effectively and commit to realistic increments. You will work closely with the Product Owner to provide a clear vision and direction for the product, while mentoring the Product Owner to strengthen ownership and decision making.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technology delivery, strong Agile knowledge, and experience with SAFe or LeSS in global environments.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Technology Product or Service Delivery.
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Advanced Knowledge of at least one complimentary Agile practice Kanban or Lean Startup.
Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) as well as waterfall frameworks (PRINCE2 or PMP).

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and adapt them to organizational and team needs.
Coach teams to collaborate, organize work, and make reliable commitments.
Partner with Product Owner to provide clear vision and direction for the product or service.
Mentor Product Owner and address anti-patterns and behaviours hindering success.
