Job summary

Skillwell is seeking an Agile Coach to guide and enable Engineering teams in effective software delivery through Agile practices. This hands-on role includes facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting teams in implementing Lean Product Development techniques.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience as a Scrum Master, a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, and skills in Behavior-Driven Development and Test-Driven Development. A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and Lean principles.
• Demonstrated experience with Behavior-Driven Development and Test-Driven Development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team events at team and organizational levels.
• Support teams using Lean Product Development techniques.
• Drive adoption of Behavior-Driven Development and Example Mapping.
• Help Engineering teams become self-organizing and high-performing.
• Define and track team performance metrics using DORA and SPACE frameworks.
