Job summary

Slalom Build in Dublin seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies and coach cross-functional teams for reliable product increments. You will work closely with the Product Owner to shape a clear vision and ensure teams stay aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Technology Product or Service Delivery.
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Advanced Knowledge of at least one complimentary Agile practice Kanban or Lean Startup.
• Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) as well as waterfall frameworks (PRINCE2 or PMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective delivery.
• Coach teams to self-organise and commit to reliable increments.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to provide clear product vision.
• Mentor Product Owner and address anti-patterns that hinder progress.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across global organisations.
