Job summary

HCLTech in Ireland is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide Heads of Tribes, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and squads through Scrum and Kanban, fostering servant leadership, psychological safety, and continuous improvement.

You will lead Agile ceremonies, support Big Room planning, and mentor across roles to shift teams toward customer-centric outcomes and long-term value delivery.

Qualifications

• Coaching across Agile teams including Scrum and Kanban.
• Guiding squads and leaders to improve agile practices.
• Mentoring heads of tribes, Scrum Masters and product owners.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Heads of Tribes, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and squads in Agile methods.
• Assess Agile maturity across squads and tailor improvement plans.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and workshops for continuous improvement.
• Support big room planning and PI planning efforts across teams.
