Aviva in Ireland is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support delivery within our Corporate Solutions Programme. You will enable high-performing cross-functional teams, promote Agile maturity, and remove impediments to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.

The role focuses on agile delivery, digital innovation, and operational excellence across large-scale programmes, with flexible hybrid working arrangements in Dublin. Applicants with CSM/SSM or equivalent will be prioritized.

Qualifications

• Proven Scrum Master in large-scale Agile programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence as delivery tools.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coach cross-functional teams in Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments, escalate issues, and resolve dependencies.
• Monitor sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics for predictable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Programme Managers on scope and priorities.
• Facilitate communication between tech teams and business stakeholders.
