Bristol Myers Squibb in Ireland is seeking a Senior Scientist, Manufacturing - Process Development to lead downstream operations for biologics. You will drive tech transfer, troubleshooting, and studies to support manufacturing at scale.

You will mentor scientists, work across functions, and contribute to continuous improvement, ensuring GMP compliance and robust processes across the Cruiserath network. The role provides exposure to regulatory interactions and opportunities to influence process

Formación

• Degree in chemical/biochemical engineering, biochemistry, biotechnology or related field.
• Experience in biopharma downstream processing and scale-up.
• Strong scientific writing and communication skills.
• Experience with GMP in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with technology transfer and regulatory documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues with data integration.
• Leadership and mentoring of scientists and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership for downstream unit operations.
• Lead tech transfer of assets to Cruiserath and network.
• Lead or support process troubleshooting and investigations.
• Design and interpret studies supporting manufacturing investigations.
• Author study protocols and regulatory content.
• Drive continuous improvement for process robustness and compliance.
• Collaborate across MS&T, Manufacturing, Quality, PD, Analytical, Regulatory and partners.
• Evaluate emerging downstream technologies.
• Mentor and coach scientists and engineers.
