Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Scheduler to manage project schedules under NEC4, ensuring accuracy and timely communication among client, contractor and stakeholders.

The role requires strong NEC4, Primavera P6, and risk management skills, with 10+ years in delivery of large capital programs and experience coordinating multi-discipline teams. Ireland-based, full-time opportunity with global exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC4 contracts and schedule requirements.
• Ability to review, accept, and monitor contractor programmes.
• Proven ability to assess time/cost impacts of events and risks.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure schedule aligns with NEC4 requirements and works information.
• Review contractor programmes and assess compensation events.
• Monitor progress and identify delays or issues early.
• Develop and maintain realistic, achievable programmes with the contractor.
• Collaborate with Cost Manager on compensation events.
• Provide regular schedule updates to management.
