Responsibilities

• Generate project schedule for projects at pre-tender stage.
• Support project team with schedule generation post award.
• Maintain ongoing schedule updates working closely with the Project Managers.
• Provide input to the weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Align project scheduling with project contract and milestones.
• Identify issues and risks at the earliest opportunity and resolve or elevate issues as appropriate.
• Conduct critical path analysis and identify project roadblocks.
• Work closely with the leadership team on project and resource planning.

We are seeking a project scheduler with programming experience in MS Project and P6 (Primavera) to join our growing team on a permanent, full‑time basis. This role will be initially based on one of our mechanical engineering projects in Limerick.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate project schedule for projects at pre‑tender stage.
• Support project team with schedule generation post award.
• Maintain ongoing schedule updates working closely with the Project Managers.
• Provide input to the weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Align project scheduling with project contract and milestones.
• Identify issues and risks at the earliest opportunity and resolve or elevate issues as appropriate.
• Critical path analysis and early identification of project “roadblocks”.
• Work closely with the leadership team on project and resource planning.

Essential Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Experience

• Proven experience in MS Project and P6 (Primavera) is essential.
