TLI Group Ltd is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead planning across multiple renewables projects in Ireland. You will develop and maintain detailed programmes, align timelines with objectives and deliverables, and support governance and reporting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
-Develop, maintain and manage detailed project programmes using Microsoft Project. Knowledge of Primavera P6 is advantageous but not required.
-Lead the planning and scheduling function across multiple projects, ensuring programmes are aligned with project objectives, contractual requirements and delivery timelines.
-Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and identify variances, trends and potential impacts on project delivery.
-Analyse critical path activities, float consumption, programme logic and key project dependencies to support effective project execution.
-Identify programme risks, delays and constraints and work with Project Managers to develop recovery plans and corrective actions.
-Produce and present weekly, monthly and ad-hoc project status reports, programme updates and performance metrics to project teams, senior management and clients.
-Facilitate programme review meetings with Project Managers, Design Teams, Construction Teams, Clients and other key stakeholders.
-Manage and maintain project baseline programmes, ensuring all approved programme changes are accurately documented and controlled.
-Collaborate with Project Managers and department leads to develop realistic project schedules, resource plans and delivery strategies.
-Monitor project milestones and key deliverables, ensuring deadlines are achieved and programme commitments are met.
-Support tendering and pre-construction activities through the preparation of project schedules, logic plans and programme submissions.
-Assist in the development of planning reports, dashboards and programme performance metrics.
-Ensure programme compliance with project governance requirements, contract obligations and company planning standards.
-Identify opportunities to improve project delivery through programme optimisation, sequencing improvements and planning best practices.
-Support the future development and expansion of the planning function, including mentoring and supporting junior planners as the team grows.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the planning and scheduling function, promoting consistency, efficiency and best practice across projects.
